Your Group Program Includes:

  • 3-4 workouts/week delivered through my coaching app.

  • A personalized nutrition plan (macronutrients & calorie breakdown) tailored to your goals & updated as needed.

  • Weekly nutrition check-in (Thursday's) through the TrueCoach app to answer questions, check for plan adherence, check progress & make plan changes as needed.

  • Meal ideas & food suggestions.

  • Bi-weekly Group Coaching Calls (optional)

  • Group Chat for accountability, support & motivation with Coach Caroline & other group members!

This program is 10 weeks long, beginner friendly & workouts can be done at home or in the gym.

This is NOT a quick fix. I don’t believe in those. This program will teach you how to lose weight in a sustainable way that you maintain for life.

You’ll get started with consistent workouts 3-4 days/week as well as incorporating healthy habits into your daily routine with the support of an expert coach & other like minded moms.

Hi, I’m Caroline & I’m a mama myself.

Getting into a consistent workout routine & having the support of other like minded moms helped me start feeling like myself again after I had my daughter.

I know how it feels to be overwhelmed by the daily tasks of mom life but to know deep down that you need to make time for yourself to start feeling your best again.

That’s why I created Fat Loss Accelerator for Moms. It takes the guesswork out of knowing what to do for your workouts + nutrition & makes it that much easier for busy moms to achieve their goals without the mom guilt.

A little bit about me-

I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 9 years & have worked in the fitness industry in a number of roles over the last 10+ years including managing a CrossFit gym & Personal Training in a gym setting.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Florida & I’m a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in women’s weight loss.

  • This program is suitable for moms of any fitness level who are looking for easy to follow workouts that will help them build a fitness foundation and improve strength with accountability of an online group.

    If you find yourself working out regularly but have no plan/not seeing results or not sure if what you’re doing is right - this program is for you!

    If you want to gain confidence, lose weight and get into a consistent workout routine with time efficient and minimal-equipment workouts, this program is perfect for you.

  • Yes, the workouts can be completed at home or in the gym.

    Minimal equipment is needed for the workouts. I’ve attached the recommended equipment for the home program but I will also include modifications in the program to substitute exercises if you don’t have all of the equipment.

  • 3-4 workouts/week ranging from 30-60 minutes each.

    There is a total of 16 workouts on the PDF. Each week will include 1 lower body workout, 1 upper body workout, 1 full body workout and 1 conditioning workout.

  • Here is the recommended equipment for the home workout program:

    Dumbbells (I recommend a dumbbell pairs ranging from 5-30lbs but will vary based on your fitness level.

    Box or Step (could be a sturdy chair)

    Mini “Booty” Resistance Bands - I prefer the Advanced strength band from Fitccessory.

    Kettlebell - A kettlebell isn’t required as you can substitute a dumbbell instead for most exercises. 15-35lbs is recommended but adjust for your fitness level.

    Medicine Ball - 10-20lbs is recommended but adjust for your fitness level. I use the Rogue Medicine Ball.
