Everything in Online Coaching is designed to be completed based on your schedule working out 2-5 days a week in an hour or less.

Your 1:1 Coaching Includes:

  • A personalized training program so that you have total confidence in your workout plan, knowing you're making weekly progress and navigating the gym/home gym with purpose.

  • A personalized nutrition plan (macronutrients & calorie breakdown) tailored to your goals & updated as needed.

  • Weekly 30 Minute VIRTUAL personal training sessions per month so that we can make sure you’re doing the exercises safely & correctly.

  • 2 nutrition check-ins each week (Monday & Thursday's) through the TrueCoach app to answer questions, check for plan adherence, check progress & make plan changes as needed.

  • Meal ideas & food suggestions.

  • New workouts each week so you never get bored of doing the same workout..

  • Daily messaging access to Coach Caroline (Monday-Friday) to answer questions, celebrate wins, get feedback, accountability and support. So you’ll have accountability + support at your fingertips & can stay on track, even when things get hard.

  • Client Group Chat with other like minded women for extra accountability, support & motivation!

  • Monthly Group Zoom Call to get form feedback live, your questions answered & added accountability.

  • My clients are busy professionals, moms and women who want to get back to feeling like their best self.

    They want to get back in shape, tone up + feel more confident and take the leap to join coaching because they know that together, we will finally get the results they’ve been trying for years to get!

  • Yes, the workouts can be completed at home or in the gym. Minimal equipment is needed for the workouts. I’ve attached recommended equipment for setting up a basic home gym but every plan is custom to what equipment you have available.

  • Workouts are custom programmed for YOU! My clients workout anywhere from 2-5x a week with most workouts including a mix of strength training and cardio.

    Most workouts can be completed in 30 minutes to 1 hour.

  • Equipment Recommended:

    Dumbbells (I recommend a dumbbell pairs ranging from 5-30lbs but will vary based on your fitness level.

    Bench, Box or Step (could be a sturdy chair)

    Mini “Booty” Resistance Bands - I prefer the Advanced strength band from Fitccessory.

    Kettlebell - A kettlebell isn’t required as you can substitute a dumbbell instead for most exercises. 15-35lbs is recommended but adjust for your fitness level.

    Medicine Ball - 10-20lbs is recommended but adjust for your fitness level. I use the Rogue Medicine Ball.

    Jump Rope

  • Packages range from $250-$600 depending on your goals and budget.
